Join us for an extraordinary evening at The Butcher Shop Steakhouse as we host the Hall and Walt Wines' Vineyards Wine Dinner—an indulgent five-course experience where each dish is thoughtfully paired with a 3 oz pour of world-class wine. Begin with yellowfin tuna tartare and Hall’s crisp Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, followed by colossal garlic-roasted shrimp complemented by Walt’s Sonoma Coast Chardonnay. The evening continues with Liberty duck breast and Walt’s "La Brisa" Pinot Noir, then a succulent oak-grilled ribeye alongside Hall’s bold Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Conclude with a decadent spiced Valrhona dark chocolate mousse, perfectly matched with Baca’s rich Zinfandel. A night of elegance, flavor, and unforgettable pairings awaits.
